Try disabling Office Assistant (like that annoying little dog who pops up
wanting to know if you need help.) If that doesn't ring a bell, post back.

O.K. O.K. got it.  i'v disabling the Office Assistant.

Whats next ?? or should i verify that the problem don't retun in a .....
week  ???
Gary S. Terhune - 06 Mar 2006 16:41 GMT
Yeah, just wait to see if it happens again. Keep an eye on the Resource
Monitor, if you see an unexpected lag, see if either of those processes are
running.
