Missing Dll's

I am having problems accessing websites. Also my computer will not allow me
to sign into my MSN account.
First of all I am getting an error message when I start up my compurter
stating
"Error loading powrprof.dll"
"One of the library file needed to run the application cannot be found"
Then I tried to run a system file check by clicking Start, Run and typed
sfc.exe, but then I get a error message saying SFCDLL.DLL cannot be found.
how do I replace these missing or damaged DLL's and could this be the
problem for accessing certain websites that I used to be able to access?
Please Help!

do a search on your hard drive and look for them. Make sure they're
not there. If you find them, make sure they're in c:\windows\system.

Otherwise, try going here and looking for the missing files:

You need to find out why these files are missing. Not having these files
won't stop you accessing certain sites, but whatever is causing them to be
missing might.

profile dll that is missing.
