I'm having trouble defragging my computer using Windows
98.  It keeps restarting and after 10 restarts I get a
message to close other programs that are running.  I have
already closed all other programs.  I tried to defrag by
restarting in MS-DOS mode but that didn't work either.  
I've defragged other computers with the same system with
no problem.  Am I possibly missing something else?
