Graphics...??? help someone

Hi,
I have a windows 98 Operating system. It was fine up
until the time I shut it down to reboot and now the
graphics are not clear as they once were.In fact they are
so bad its almost like watching a black and white movie
with no clear focus .Can you help me to solve this
problem?

Sounds like a monitor problem. Is the video cable securely attached to the
video card?
