Whenever I log onto the internet the following error
message appears "Spool32 has caused an error in
E_SLM037.DLL.  Spool32 will now close"
This does not stop me from going on-line but my printer
willnot work.
I have re-installed my printer drives with no success.
Any sugestions? Thanks

Change your spool data format to RAW - Go into your
printers folder , right click on the printer icon, left
click on properties, go into the details tab and then
click on spool settings - Change it to print directly to
the printer which will automatically change the spool data
format to RAW.
