windows 98 can't print file

hi,guys,can you help me! My pc can't enter into
windows98,so i reinstall windows98 but not replace the old
file,now can run windows98,but can't print any files,when
print file,appear the message"windows can't print" i have
installed print driver,but appear the same message.what is
trouble,is anyone know it?

What printer do you have?  Did you reinstall the printer using the latest
driver from the manufacturer?  You may have corrupt files or mismatched
files that you did not replace and you may need to reinstall and choose to
replace all files.  You will then have to reinstall Internet Explorer and
many newer applications and/or drivers that may depend on newer files that
they installed.

The local printer is Epson-670k+,and the network printer
is Hp1100,I have reinstalled both of them,but appear the
same message"window can't print the file".Because
windows98 have some programes that can't reinstall,so i
can't reinstall win98 in new folder.so must find a way to
fix the problem. if must reinstall the IE or other program
that windows inbuilted?

I would definitely reinstall Internet Explorer since it upgrades quite a few
files so may resolve your problem.
