Trying to attach an HP Deskjet 940c to my Windows 98
machine through our internal network (Novell) and it only
prints color, no black and consequently, no text. I've
used the disk that came with the printer and downloaded
drivers from HP with no luck.  If anyone has any ideas I
can try, please let me know.
Thank you,
Don

Is there ink in the black cartridge? Did you try the printer nozzle cleaning
procedure?  (See the printer documentation).
