"Recently I have purchase the HP Deskjet 3320 for my
Compaq Deskpro En SFF 6450 utilizing Windows 98SE
operating system, after multiple calls to HP and Compaq
including my ISP, my printer seems to continually knock me
off the internet just before completing the final page,"

"among the measures that I have taken are; disabling the
network adaptor from both the internet program and in
Widows device manager, also changed the spool settings in
printer utility, and reinstalling the printer the
countless times that I have asked about this.  It has been
a problem since it's purchase six weeks ago.  PLEASE HELP!"

Please dont reply unless you have a specic solution, or
have had a solution to this problem yourself...

The information Cindy requested two days ago would be useful.

Go to Control Panel   System  Device Manager and see if the entry for USB or
Modem or Network adapter is "banged out" (Has a yellow ! or red x). Also
check by connection and see if any IRQs are shared for either the printer or
network connection devices.

Let us know.
