I'm getting the following error message:

"A fatal exception OE has occurred at 0028:C02F5DEF in
VXD NAVAP(02) + 000198DB.  The current application will be
terminated..."

I's using an HP Deskjet 722c printer locally installed,
and I have Norton Internet security(includes 2002
antivirus) running.  As soon as I disable auto-protect it
works perfectly.  Any ideas on how to get the two to play
with each other nicely?  Thanks

Make sure that you have the latest version of the Norton utilities.  Check
the Symantec site for any clues regarding the error since the error is
regarding their VxD.

Try clean booting and then only loading the Norton utilities and see if it
might be something else loading at Startup that is causing the problem.
