I had a printer HP Deskjet 540, now i have a HP Deskjet
612C, the printer will not print. How do i change the Port
from printer 540 to 612c so the computer will reconize the
change.

Nancy, did you uninstall the old printer from Control
Panel, Add/Remove Programs? Do you have the instructions
on how to install the 612c? If so, follow the instructions
exactly. You may need an undated driver. Go to the HP
website and look for driver downloads and see if their is
on for your printer that you can download. I have one of
those printers. Maybe I can help further.
