Per Knowledge Base Article 230150, the registry has to be
modified;

instructions given:
Hkey_Local_Machine\System|CurrentControlSet\Services\ICSha
ring\Addressing\Settings\Stop

I am able to follow the path to Services, after that
should keys or values be created? and if values, which
value for ICSharing, Addressing, Settings, Stop should be
created?

I hope this is not too confusing.  I need help.

thank you

You will probably get better assistance if you post your question in the
networking group.
