My Sharp AJ 5030 printer locked up and I went through a
reset process that worked (I can print a test page from
it).  However, then I was unable to print through the
computer.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer
software and still get the "printer offline" message when
trying to print.

Any suggestions to remedy this problem are greatly
appreciated.
