Hi there,

I have just format and re-setup a pc with Win98 SE for a
client to get rid of a virus.

Occasionally when say printing from Word and selecting
File and Print then it should bring up the dialog box but
Word just flashes blue and grey on the top bar.

By minimising the Word the dialog box for printing can be
found behind it and clicking on OK will then send a file
to print.

However when it works properly the dialog box appears
ontop of the Word file. There are no viruses on the
system and everything else works ok.

Has anyone found this problem before or know what causes
it?

Many thanks Sam.
