new networked printer

Have been trying to load up a new color network printer on
a win 98 pc and have been receiving the following error
either after loading the printer or whilst trying to print
to it: 'RUNDLL32 caused a general protection fault in
module TIGER5.DRv at 0001:0000C014'. Not sure what the
problem is as it already has our main networked printer
set up on it.

Make sure that you have the latest drivers available from the manufacturer
of the printer.  Also, check to see if the manufacturer has a support site
to see if this error message is described.   This article might help:
