printer won't print

upon trying to print several messeges appear, from printer
not connected when it is, port error msg , even when i
click capture port to correct to name a few. I tried
adding a printer from the set-up disk with no luck, i
disconnected the darn thing to reboot with no luck so far.
nothing prints not even a test page..........h

Get out your manual and see if there is a test page that you can run from
the printer.  If that doesn't print, then you need to contact the
manufacturer or check out their web site for troubleshooting information.
