If you put your cursor in the comment field and then press F1, it will give
you information about this field.  It does not affect printing in any way.

It provides a place for you to add a comment about the printer; for example,
when it is available or what it is used for.  If you share this printer (on
a network), the comment will be displayed on computers that share this
printer.
