Ever since I downloaded McAfee Virus Scan, I get the folowing message after using my printer. 'This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down. If the problem persists, contact the program vendor.'HPFVLS13 caused a general protection fault in module HPFVLS13.EXE NOTE: I uninstalled the virus scan, and the error message went away. I reinstalled the virus scan, and the error message returned. I talked to McAfee and they told me that this is a Microsoft issue. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.
