I can't seem to find any help on Microsoft site. I keep
getting a Spool 32 error when trying to install a new
printer via USB. Is a folder or something missing in my
Win. 98 upgrade that I can download from somewhere to fix
this problem? It won't install the driver from the CD that
came with the printer. Any help would be appreciated.

You need to find out why it won't install the printer driver from the CD
that came with the printer, as this is the best one to be using. What
procedure are you following, and what happens when you try?
