You can get third party applications that will do this such as the Directory
Printer from Karen's Power Tools.

or you can use one of these articles.  Keep in mind that the list will be
extremely long so you may prefer to create a text list and view the list
rather than printing it.

I don't know if there is a way in Windows, but there's a program
called DDFileCatcher, which can list the file paths and other
information in a Microsoft Word document, Excel spreadsheet or just
copy to the Clipboard and paste into a document.

DDFileCatcher works with Windows Explorer. To find all the files on a
disk,in Windows Explorer, select the disk, choose Advanced Options |
Search Subfolders and set the search file to *.* (meaning everything).
Click the search button to list all the files. Launch DDFileCatcher,
either from Word or from the Start Menu, Select all the files in
Windows Explorer using Control-A or Edit | Select All, drag the files
onto DDFileCatcher, where they will be turned into the file paths.
From there, either click "Text to Clipboard", "Text to File" or "Send
to Word" if launched from Word. There are options to show file
extensions, date and size and also to list folders followed by files
in the folders.
