I use Win 98SE and Word 2002 on OfficeXP and Canon 250BJC. Any document that has graphics or Wordart doesn't print. Help. It's for my son's project. Check to see if you have the proper print options checked in options, Tools, options, print tab, "Include with the Document", tick the appropriate choices. But I checked all the other boxes and it still won't print, all I get is a smudge. Help. It's for my son's project. It's working now. My driver was current but I installed it without deleting my existing driver. So I reinstalled it again but instead of putting the CD in, I went directly to the folder that had the new driver. > Can you print images from other programs?
