Hi,

I have a small network of 4 computers. I installed Epson printer on one of
them and shared it with others. When I print from the shared computer It
takes about 10 sec. to start printing. But If they print from other machine
it takes some 3 min. Is there a way to fix that? I checked the network, and
computers and none of them are overloaded or anything like that. I also
noticed that If I print a text file using the command "copy myfile.txt lpt1"
it gets printed rapidly. Is there a configuration I can do to shorten the
printing delay. Thanks

Frank

If it is an Epson InkJet printer, the spooler program allows you to set a
common spool queue directory for network jobs.  That might speed things up.
