Hi

I need to locate a printer driver that will print directly to a generic
text file.
Within Win 98SE I can select the Generic Text Driver which provides the
correct output but there is a prompt that asks for the required
filename. As I want to direct the output to a print spooler can anyone
suggest a solution / utility that will perform the same task but will
use the same pre-defined filename each time without a prompt?

Any help greatly appreciated.

Regards

Rich

Adds a new "Local Port", name it as the file name and connect the
"Generic/Text Only Driver" to this port.
Each time you print to the "Generic" printer, the file will be created
without user intervention.
