Question about error message

Every time I try to print something from an Internet page
(using Microsoft Internet Explorer - the latest version),
I get the following error dialogue box on my screen, when
I highlight something I want to print.  The error message
says:

An error has occurred in the script on this page.

Line:   93

Char:    1

Error:  Access is denied.

Code:    0

URL:    res://C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\SHDOCLC.DLL/preview.dlg

Then, a question is asked underneath this information,
which says, "Do you want to continue running scripts on
this page?"

I have tried everything I know to try to get this problem
solved, but it won't work.  What should I do?  Hope you
can help.

If you haven`t solved the problem yet, try deleting ALL
the printer files and re-install the printer. It worked
for me, none of the SHDOCLC fixes did.
