Greetings,
I have a situation where there are several machines in
our division still using '98. I need to get them to
print by way of TCP/IP (ala the Win 2k/XP IP-Based
Printer Ports). Is there any third party software, or
MSoft solution that I can use for this scenario (other
than upgrading our users to XP? Any help would be
appreciated.

This is not a feature of Win98 so you need to find a third-party
alternative. Often this is available from the printer manufacturer.
If your printers are HPs, then you might want to try the HP Install Network
Printer Wizard - Product Features of the HP Install Network Printer Wizard

Read more about the features here:

Otherwise, I'd try searching the printer manufacturer's web site or Google
for third party utilities.
