Hi.  I have a HP Laserjet 6L that works fine with the
other computers but my own.  I suspect that the problem
lies on my Windows 98 or the driver.  I have tried to
download the driver several times and did a host of other
troubleshooting.  Unfortunately, I have not met any luck.
Can anyone please help me.  Thanks.

You haven't described what the problem is.  What are you expecting the
printer to do that it does on those other machines but won't do on your
machine?

Are you moving this printer from machine to machine, or are you accessing it
across a network?

What happens when you download the driver?  Does the download and the
installation succeed, but there is no difference, or does the download or
installation fail?

What is the other troubleshooting that you have tried?
