Trying to print from Imaging. Got message - Error writing to DOT4_001 - unknown system error. I am able to print from Microsoft Word. What can I do? In Word, go to File, Print and see what printer is selected for printing. In Imaging, go to File, Print and verify that it is the same printer that is selected for Word.
