I replaced my black ink cartridge and it won't print. My
test page from the printer is ok so the printer is fine. I
have removed and reinstalled the printer and my printer
properties are set at factory recommended settings. I can
only print in color.

Have same problem with no solution as yet.  My machine
claimed it was a problem in Windows but offered no
solution.  If you have a fix, please share it.  Will do
likewise.  If a fix is ever found.  Robert.

Make sure that you removed the piece covering the ink outlet on the
cartridge.

Try the nozzle cleaning utility that probably comes with your printer -
check the printer manual for more information on this or check the
manufacturer's web site.
