hotmail prints small

The in-laws computer started "out of nowhere" printing
their hotmail messages in a very small (maybe 6 or 7 font)
size. The messages view at the normal size, but prints
very small. Operating system is win98se, printer is a
lexmark z32. I've loaded my printer into their system and
my printer does the same. Yet the same e-mail (their e-
mail) prints normal on my system.

When printing anything else, either from the net or from
files, it will all print properly.

They are elderly and need the size to read and also aren't
interested in working around it by cut/paste to word. I
feel a full reload would cure the problem, but would
suffer from not getting everything back EXACTLY as it was
(so they would consider the computer broke).

Any help or ideas would be appreciated as to where to find
what has changed and how to change it back.

Are they printing these from Outlook Express or are they using the Web mail?

In either case, it's possible that the resolution would be the same.  Take a
look at this article:

Thanks for the suggestion, but I'm not sure it's
applicable in this case.

Actually, the font size when viewing on the screen is very
acceptable. This is veiwing from the Hotmail screen (not
in the Outlook or Outlook Express program). It's only when
they print the message, that it prints with a smaller
font. All other print jobs come out as expected. If I
print their message (on any of my computers) it views and
prints the expected size.

We've eliminated the printer and it's software by using a
different printer and it's software on their computer with
the same results (small print).

Thanks for the suggestion.
