Are they printing these from Outlook Express or are they using the Web mail?
In either case, it's possible that the resolution would be the same. Take a

Thanks for the suggestion, but I'm not sure it's
applicable in this case.
Actually, the font size when viewing on the screen is very
acceptable. This is veiwing from the Hotmail screen (not
in the Outlook or Outlook Express program). It's only when
they print the message, that it prints with a smaller
font. All other print jobs come out as expected. If I
print their message (on any of my computers) it views and
prints the expected size.
We've eliminated the printer and it's software by using a
different printer and it's software on their computer with
the same results (small print).
