Help!
I've changed printers.  Now when I print a document
from Word it shrinks the document and places it in the
left corner of the paper.  I can not get it to print at
100% even though it appears that way on the screen.
I have tried a number of things, but I'd like any
advice.  It may be something very simple that I'm over
looking.
  Thank you!

Does a new document print correctly?
If so, this eliminates several issues. If not try selecting a specific
printer from within the application, and try printing again.
What happened?

Information relating to printing is stored in the doc files.  This usually
means that a file setup for a different printer
needs to be re-stored with the correct printer selected.  The confusion
factor has to do with how default printers are handled,
both in windows and how the printer driver handles information passed to it
by windows. (The drivers are not created equal)

Anyway, try selecting some printer printing options and the specific printer
from the application, and save a copy of the document under a different
name.  Exit the application. Restart the application (usually word) and load
the just created doc. Print it.
What happens?
