When I try to use my hp printer I get this error message:
hpftbX15 caused a general protection fault in module
hpftbx15.EXE at 001f:00000939.  It says; to keep working
anyway, click ignore and save your work in a new file.  To
quit this program, click close.  You will lose information
you entered since your last save.  When I click either one
of these I get a message stating I have prefomed an
illegal operation and will be shut down.  It does go ahead
and prints my documents.......but I don't know how to
correct this.  I have tried restarting my computer and
that doesn't help.

You didn't mention which HP printer you have but this article from HP should
help you:

HP Pavilion Desktop PCs - Resolving General Protection Fault (GPF) Errors
http://h20015.www2.hp.com/hub_search/document.jhtml?lc=en&docName=bph07152

If it doesn't, I suggest that you go to the HP web site (Http://www.hp.com)
and search their support documents for troubleshooting errors with your
printer.

I have a HPDeskJet 895Cse and I have tried to find help on
the web site; but haven't had any luck with finding what I
thought would help with this printer.

Follow the instructions on troubleshooting General Protection faults and
it's likely that you will resolve the problem.

I get the above message with an window " This Program has
performed an illegal operation and will be shut down.If
the problem persists, contact the program Vendo".
It does go ahead and prints my documents.......but I don't
know how to correct this.  I have tried restarting my
computer and that doesn't help.

Would appreciate an early reply,

Regards
Sunitha
