Dialog box appears when opening Windows 98 / Cannot
import file sys:reg. How can it be corrected?

Sys.reg is a file you don't want back.
Read the information on your AV site for the virus (assuming your AV
removed it)

You may be able to remove the startup entry.
Start-Run-Regedit
Navigate down to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
Remove the entry.
