openGL stopped my windows bootup!!! help

I installed openGL95 by accident and now I can;t get past
the login prompt at the end of the windows boot up.

It just stops ...

any ideas out there as to get back to my working state
would be great.
I tried a retore already and that did nothing ...

No log errors ,,, though I have scandisk running right now

Can you get into Safe Mode and uninstall it?
