I am troubleshooting a shutdown problem in W98SE.
Installed all the supplements, except one alluded to in
K.B. 233036: msconfig\system.ini\386Enh\Paging file= and
then to change the lower case swp file letter to upper
case. In this particular machine, there is no listing for
paging file under 386Enh.  I checked several other of my
units running the same OS and they all show paging file=
properly(they have no shutdown problems).  Is the lack of
a listing for the paging file under 386Enh a problem and
if so how do I install it.
Thank you Charles

System.ini is a text file you can modify with notepad.
