Hi,
I was planning to clean install windows Me on a laptop
with windows 95 but without CD. Using home network, I
copied setup files to laptop and deleted windows(95)
directory. But it happenned that I have pentium 120Mhz
processor and this is not supported by windows ME. I have
win98 setup CD, but how can I transfer files from it to
laptop with no CD and network?

You can try your ME installation again using:   setup.exe /nm
