I have accidentally deleted a file from my computer cant remember
which one, after having my browser hijacked.

Now my computer will not start up properly.

I need to reinstall windows 98, I have cd and startup disk.

What I need is a step by step guide on how to do it.

I have seen many turorials on the web but I cant understand their
jargon.

Can someone kindly post a step by step tutorial on how to do it.
