As my computer crashed due to a virus, The set-up was re-
done from my original product CD-Rom. However, while
entering the prduct key during set-up, the wrong key was
entered by the technician from another cover available
with him. How can this be reversed? I wish to enter my own
key from the product purchased by me.

Open regedit.exe to this key and look in the right pane for the entry
ProductKey:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion

Right click the entry and select modify
