I just reformatted the HD on a computer I'm giving away.
I have the OEM Master recovery disk which includes Win98.
I no longer have the win 98 booklet with the code strip.
The CD has written on it MS# X04 91841 368 00024 000.
Which does not work.
This is from an NEC computer an old 500mg hz with 128 mg
of ram and a CD burner which will make some poor child
happy Can anyone help me  I want to donate this

Without  the  ProductKey you  are  out  of  luck, contact  NEC they may  be
able  to  supply  you  with a  new  Key. If they  can't  help, have a  look
on EBay  locally  for  a  used  CD and  licence.
NOTE, purchasing  just  a licence  may not  work with  the  NEC version of
Win98.
