Hi,

I recently upgraded my motherboard and CPU and Hard
Drive, after installing Windows 98 on the new drive I
receive the following error "While initializing device
NDIS: Windows protection error", I read that it has to do
with CPU speed (I have a P4 2.4G) but I don't know how to
fix the problem....I can get around it (sort of) by
starting the computer "step-by-step" and not loading NDIS,
but then I can't go on the Internet.

Someone please help me....

Thanks in advance

Jason
