Enable EMail Alerts

My PC has been set to 640 x 480 pixels - which is far too large for my
screen - but I am unable to change it back using the Display/Settings
screen as this screen is now too large to be displayed completely and
I cannot see the OK/Cancel/Apply buttons at the bottom - any help
would be greatly appreciated - many thanks

You don't have to see OK or Apply buttons.
Make the change and hit the Enter key.
