I am trying to load software for a wireless modem. I am being asked to load SWindows 98SE disk. Unfortunately the computer came with pre-installed software and no disk. It would seem that the file I need is called nettrans.cat. Where can I download this file from, and in which folder on my computer should I install it
Many thank
Dave

Usually if no CD was provided with a new PC the win98 setup files will be
in C:\options \cabs.

If your computer did not come with Windows 98 SE then you will have to get
an Update for the SE version.
No longer available at Microsoft.
Try local stores, but you best bet will be E-bay.
