MS apps usually retain earlier installations in case
you change your mind. Your safest course is:
1. Rename the folder something else.
Prefix X is the easiest to remember later.
2. Later, when you realize weeks or months
have passed with no problems, delete the xFolder.

MS makes nonsense folder names like this for
Temporary Internet Files and other purposes.
Your browser / Tools / Internet Options / General
has a panel for Temp. Internet Files. It is tidier to
give them a folder of their own.

So you wouldn't have to download them if you needed them again. I would
rename the parent folder and if nothing complains about it in a week or so,
delete the files/folders if you need the drive space.
