Install Display (active window) fonts from disc

Somehow I deleted or uninstalled all Display (active
windwo) fonts except 1.  How do I reinstall them from the
disc?  What is the file name?

How to Restore the Windows Default Fonts

To restore fonts installed by other applications, reinstall the application
or check with the manufacturer of that application for instructions on
restoring the fonts.

Thanks-did that.  Now what do I do to get a font selection
under Display-Appearance,  there is no font menu.
