How to enable simultanious support for English and Hindi
Language in Windows-98? Where to find Hindi fonts? How to
select keyboard? How to enter text in Hindi? How to switch
back to English? How to trigger this in other third party
software?

thanks

You don't, and you can't.  Windows 98 does not support changing languages,
the only way to do so is to wipe the hard drive clean and start over with
the language you want to use.
