Fatal exception vwin32

After Installing Windows 98 I get the following message:

"fatal exception 0E has occured at <xxxxxx> in VXD VWIN32(5) +00003554"

Possible hardware fault.Usually RAM :/
Clean RAM stick edges with clear alcohol and tissue
