Windows upgrade compliance check

Hello, My computer crashed and it was necessary to reformat my hard drives.  
I have spent 3 weeks trying to access my cd-rom drive via dos prompt, and
finally I have succeeded in getting Windows 98 Setup to work from the cd-rom.
However, I have gotten to the upgrade compliance check, and I no longer have
my Windows 95 setup disk.
What can I do about getting past the compliance check without the Win95 disk?
