Someone has given me an old system with 98, but it needs to be reformatted.
I don't have the disks to reformat with.  Is it possible to buy this?

Yes, you can get a Win98 CD from eBay or some of the large online
stores.
Get Win98 SE for preference and avoid OEM disks if you can.
