How do I get past Registration if it wont work?

I had to restore an old HP computer with the recovery disc and I'm at the
part where windows greets you and tries to get you to register it online. It
says you can skip the register process and do at later date but when I try to
skip it, it takes you right back to the register part. I've tried hooking
up a phone line to it but it never connects. So I'm stuck right
there...can't (cntrl-alt-del) and get out of it or anything! Please help!

Try HP tech support or try reinstalling it again.
