Sir,

I posted a thread a few months before, where I said that I can
install Windows 98, Me with out a valid product key/Serial.
and some one said (he said he's a Microsoft employer), that we have no
interest in Windows 98 or Me, about this this issue.

My previous thread I am talking about can be found here :

http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/expertzone/newsgroups/reader.mspx?dg=microsof
t.public.windowsxp.setup_deployment&mid=7c35dce7-cb07-454f-b156-5a81c36161b3

I want to ask once again, if it doesn't really matters.
I want to share this little trick with some E-friends (for educational
purpose) through online forums, but I am not a bad-guy. I don't want to do
some thing, that's not legal.
so if it doesn't interest Microsoft, then please tell me if I am allowed to
post the method in online forums.
Thankyou

What law would he be breaking by posting how to do this?

I am not a lawyer but I suspect that it would be the act--not describing how
to do it--that would be illegal and a violation of the EULA agreement.

Mike (the MS employee) is not interested in W98 or ME because he works with
XP.  His lack of interest is not necessarily a lack of interest on
Microsoft's part.

If Fahid (original poster) wants a 100% accurate answer as to the legality,
I would suggest an email to the Microsoft lawyers at:  piracy@microsoft.com
