I just formatted my kids computer and was trying to reinstall win98. Now I
get a message right at the beginning of setup that says "Boot sector virus ,
continue Y or N? if I click it goes just to the end of setting up to install
and won't go any more. Ive tried 3 hard drives and 3 different windows. How
do I find this virus and get rid of it.

Disable virus protection in your computer's BIOS while installing Windows.
Windows needs to be able to write to the boot sector to install and the
antivirus program in BIOS is preventing it from doing so.
