Seems went out of your way to force investigation by the respondents by not
provding cpu speed.

Above is an example of an Intel motherboard with a 915 chipset. The
supported cpus all exceed 2.1 GHz.

Try installing 98SE or later MS OS instead to avoid the BSOD.
